This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the PagePoplet interactive demo at demo.pagepoplet.com. It describes what information we collect when you request a demo, how we use it, and what happens to the content you create inside the demo environment.
1. What We Collect
When you request a demo we collect only your email address, which you provide voluntarily on the request form. We do not collect any other personal information during the demo access process.
Any content you enter or edit inside your demo site (business name, address, hours, photos, etc.) is stored temporarily in our database solely to power the demo experience. It is not used for any other purpose.
2. How We Use Your Email
- Access: We send a one-time magic link to the address you provide so you can authenticate into your private demo environment.
- Follow-up: Your email address is stored in our internal CRM. If we are not already in contact with you, we may reach out once to follow up on your interest in PagePoplet.
We will not add you to any mailing list or send you recurring marketing messages. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.
3. Demo Sandbox Data
Your private demo environment — including any site content, edits, and uploaded files — is automatically and permanently deleted 48 hours after it is created. No manual action is required on your part. After deletion, the content cannot be recovered.
4. Data Storage and Security
Demo data is stored on servers in the same infrastructure as the main PagePoplet service. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access. However, the demo environment is an evaluation tool and should not be used to store sensitive or confidential information.
5. Log Files
Like most web services, our servers record standard access log entries (IP address, browser type, date and time, pages requested). These logs are used solely for security monitoring and debugging and are not linked to your email address.
